1. What's it all about?

We commit to acting with judgement, integrity and according to our Code of Conduct and associated guidelines every day. Together, we take responsibility for embodying our values and implementing recommendations. In our Code of Conduct, we specifically emphasise remaining alert to compliance with the applicable legal regulations. Nonetheless, a contravention of directives and rules of conduct can occur under certain circumstances, despite every effort to the contrary.

2. How do we deal with irregularities

We expect misconduct and infringements to be addressed and discussed directly - to effectively bring an end to accidental or inadvertent misconduct, and to avoid such events in the future. If direct discussions are impossible or inappropriate, in addition to informing the direct manager, a member of the Corporate Management Group or the Works Council, it is also possible to call on the reporting channel (Blum Integrity Line). However, the reporting channel is also expressly aimed at our commercial partners.

3. What form do notifications submitted via the Blum Integrity Line take?

Notifications to the Blum Integrity Line can be submitted either by name or in anonymous form.

5. How are notifications dealt with by the Blum Integrity Line?

Notifications are submitted by completing a digital form, which is electronically "registered". All notifications are collected centrally and confidentially processed by the responsible members of the Blum Integrity Line team. These individuals are instructed to:

If the notification has been submitted by a named individual, this person will receive a direct response by email. With anonymous submissions, the individual will receive a code that can be used to log into this portal and obtain updates and enter further information. When a notification is logged, confirmation will be received within no more than seven days. Any further questions are also posed via email or the anonymous mailbox. The outcome of the review is disclosed in the same way within no more than three months.

Why are we doing this?

Our ambition is to ensure the long-term future of our company and to develop and improve on a continuous basis. This includes compliance with the rules we have set ourselves, as well as the legal regulations. This serves not only to protect the company but also acts to make an important contribution to fair working conditions and equality in the workplace. The simple action of reading this page and considering whether a perceived behaviour has been compliant demonstrates that we have come a good deal closer to achieving this goal.
